what exactly is it?
NetPlanning.fr allows you to manage the availability of staff in a company, rescue services, etc., very simply and in real time. Each employee can log in, enter their availability and absences, and see an overview of their colleagues' status, according to the rights assigned by the schedule administrator.
The application also allows you to manage material resources, meeting rooms, vehicles, etc., in reservation mode. A schedule can include up to 5000 employees and/or material resources.

Access to planning
from a mobile
Access to NetPlanning.fr can be done either from a computer or a mobile device, the computer version being more complete and allowed the initial set-up of your planning.
The mobile version allows you to display a simplified view of the planning over 15 days and to fill it in via the toolbar. However, you can switch it to the computer version to access all the functions of the application.

Newsletter: A newsletter can be sent to one or several collaborators, along with attached files. Personalized texts can be saved for future use.
Mini-blog: Allows you to share texts, photos, internet links, and documents that you can activate to make it instantly accessible to all your collaborators.
Messaging: To contact a collaborator via private chat, SMS, or email, simply click on their name. A chat for all the collaborators of the planning is also available.
Exportable statistics
The application features various statistical views, and the results can be exported to CSV format (for processing in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet) and generated in PDF format (for printing or emailing).

There are
5 employee profiles and
1 profile for material (Rooms, vehicles...):
U User : The collaborator is read-only and therefore cannot modify anything
I Individual modification : The collaborator will be able to fill in his planning
G Modification of group : The collaborator will be able to fill in the plannings of the collaborators of his group
P Planner : The collaborator will be able to fill in all the groups of which he has visibility and access certain statistics
A Administrator : Collaborator has full rights
M Material resource: Can be filled in by the profiles I, G, P and A if the administrator has authorized it

Administration
Groups / services
Distribute your employees by group, which can represent a service, a geographical site... Optionally modify the division value of their day from 1 to 9 parts (morning, afternoon, etc.).
Each employee can be assigned a limited view of these groups, or even only their planning if all groups are unchecked.
Give them the I profile, and assign the leader of each group as G or P. Limit the number of administrators, as this profile has full rights over the entire planning.
Material resources are particularly interesting because they function as a reservation. If an employee with an I profile reserves a vehicle, only they or a higher-profile user can modify or delete this reservation.
Administration
Custom events
Create and customize events: holidays, absences, sickness, on-call shifts... Each event can be associated with a category of profiles and have an initial value (e.g. 7.00 for 7AM), allowing you to create a holiday request accessible to all, and a holiday approval accessible only to administrators.
Events can trigger an email notification to the person concerned, with a possible copy to another person (team leader, for example).
Notifications are sent within 15 minutes after the event is assigned if the relevant month is not hidden, with reminders at D-7 and D-1 if the event was assigned early enough.
How much does a schedule cost
The schedule comes in 2 versions:
- Premium: All options and without advertising for €20 + €1.00/line per year, a schedule of 30 employees will therefore come down to 50€ per year.
- Free: A few less functions (messaging, SMS, comments, statistics...), a few advertising spots, non-priority access.
During its first 2 months of existence, and in order to be able to discover all its functionalities, your schedule will be in full version with a minimum of advertising. Then it's up to you to choose the version that suits you, the free version being fully functional and sufficient in most cases.

The application can be installed on mobile devices, providing a launch icon and a larger viewing area regardless of the device used.
